August salad

Ingredients: tomato, paprika, onion, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar

Something similar to classic letcho, but with its own nuance. In winter, this salad is an irreplaceable vitamin bomb, but why not use August salad in other ways? For example, it’s suitable to add between lasagna layers, when baking chicken in the oven, with pasta, or to flavor stews – there’s room to play, let’s say! In my family, this salad is on the table almost every day during the cold season because when autumn arrives, you want a break from tomatoes and cucumbers. That’s why I make a lot of August salad in summer, so it’s nice to take from the cellar in winter.
